Young Dragon Martial Arts is introducing
Our Cardio Kickboxing Class is a combination of circuit training and striking. It's a fat-burning, muscle-building workout with interval training. You will be performing a sequence of punches with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts as well as execution of kicking combinations like:
* Front Kick * Round House * Side Kick * Back Kick
Members can expect to have fun and to be exhausted afterward. The average person will burn between 800 and 1,200 calories per class.
